Perform maintenance on air compressors and refrigeration systems, centrifugal pumps, helical pumps, and metering pumps. Replace filter plate seals by disassembling mechanical components, assemblies, and subassemblies; replacing parts; and reassembling equipment to ensure operation in accordance with established standards. Support the execution of more complex maintenance tasks, participating in disassembly, part replacement, and reassembly of mechanical assemblies. Correct performance issues by removing, cleaning, and reinstalling filter plates; replacing sealing rings; and performing necessary adjustments. Carry out heat exchanger opening, pump and motor disassembly and reassembly, and replacement of heating traces on steam lines. Perform work involving elevated positions and confined spaces. Conduct maintenance on pumps and gear reducers.
