**Workplace:** Americana/SP **Work Model:** 100% in-person **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM / Friday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM **Benefits:** Medical Insurance | Dental Insurance | GYMPASS | Meal Allowance of R$ 293.57 | On-site Meal | Fuel Allowance **Salary:** Salary to be negotiated **Main Responsibilities:** - Lead the team of mechanics and assistants - Plan and carry out preventive and corrective fleet maintenance - Monitor and report maintenance KPIs - Analyze performance indicators and implement improvements - Develop and manage the department’s annual budget - Ensure fleet performance and vehicle availability for operations - Manage inventory, parts requisitions, purchases, and supplier relationships - Develop preventive maintenance plans according to vehicle type and operational requirements - Implement workshop organization processes and standards - Ensure adherence to maintenance and repair deadlines - Monitor the quality of internal and external services - Manage vehicle operational documentation **Requirements:** - Bachelor’s degree completed - Must reside in Americana, Nova Odessa, or Santa Bárbara d’Oeste - Prior experience in heavy fleet maintenance and/or road transportation - Experience leading technical teams - Knowledge of diesel mechanics and maintenance processes - Familiarity with performance indicator tracking and results analysis - Strong planning and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, reporting) **Preferred Qualifications:** - Technical degree in Mechanics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields - Experience in tire management - Experience with structured preventive maintenance - Knowledge of fleet management systems - Experience in cost reduction and performance improvement projects Job Type: Full-time CLT Pay: R$4.500,00 – R$5.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Fuel allowance * Meal allowance Workplace: In-person
