Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil or Mechanical Engineer to work in an industrial environment with autonomy and leadership in structural projects, planning and supervising construction works, overseeing teams, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Direct interface with the board of directors ✨ *Opportunity for Civil or Mechanical Engineer – Tambaú/SP* ✨ If you seek direct involvement in an industrial environment with autonomy, interaction with the board of directors, and leadership in structural projects, this could be your next opportunity! **Location:** Tambaú – SP **Remuneration:** R$ 5.000 to R$ 6.000 (negotiable) **Employment Type:** CLT or PJ **Main Responsibilities:** * Planning and supervision of industrial construction and renovation projects * Development of physical and financial schedules * Technical and budgetary analysis of suppliers * Supervision of outsourced teams * Cost control and resource optimization * Ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards * Preparation of technical reports and measurements * Direct interface with the board of directors in defining priorities ✅ **Requirements:** * Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred) or Mechanical Engineering * Active CREA registration * Experience in construction projects (industrial experience is a plus) * Analytical, strategic profile with strong problem-solving ability **Benefits and Conditions:** * VA (Meal Allowance) of R$ 300.00 per month * CLT: Alelo card * PJ: Amount incorporated into remuneration * + Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:20 PM (1h30 lunch break) + Saturdays only if absolutely necessary We consider candidates from: Tambaú, Santa Cruz das Palmeiras, Porto Ferreira, Pirassununga, Santa Rosa de Viterbo, Santa Rita do Passa Quatro, and Casa Branca.
