People management and daily production planning. **Rhello is supporting a textile-sector company** in its search for a Production Coordinator to lead and optimize production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. **About the Position** The Production Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating productive sector operations, monitoring KPIs, leading teams, and ensuring that the entire production flow occurs in an organized, safe, and goal-aligned manner. This role is essential to maintaining rhythm, quality, and control over production stages within the textile environment. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate, plan, and monitor daily production, ensuring on-time deliveries. * Lead, guide, and develop the production team. * Control resources, raw materials, and operational requirements. * Monitor performance indicators (productivity, waste, quality, efficiency). * Ensure compliance with quality standards and established targets. * Implement continuous improvements in production processes. * Perform people management (feedback, training, shift scheduling, team support). * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations and best operational practices. * Manage demands, priorities, and workflows jointly with related departments (Logistics, PCP, Quality, Sales, etc.). * Report production status to management/executive leadership. **Requirements** * Prior experience in production, preferably in the **textile sector** (knitting, garment manufacturing, cutting, finishing, etc.). * Experience leading teams. * Knowledge of production KPIs and continuous improvement tools. * Organizational skills, sense of urgency, and decision-making ability. * Conflict management and assertive communication skills. * Bachelor’s degree in Production, Business Administration, Textile Engineering, or related fields is desirable. * **Ideal Profile** * Practical individual with analytical thinking and solution-oriented focus. * Strong, approachable, and development-oriented leadership. * Ability to structure processes and improve routines. * Organized and clear communication. * Commitment to quality, productivity, and safety.
