If you have logistics experience, strong leadership skills, and a results-driven mindset, this role is for you! **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Lead and coordinate the team, ensuring achievement of established goals and deadlines Monitor and optimize logistics processes, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement Control and analyze performance indicators (KPIs), implementing corrective actions when necessary Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in logistics operations Conduct training and develop the team Collaborate with other departments to ensure process integration **REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics operations and team leadership Knowledge of logistics process management, inventory control, and shipping Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and logistics management systems (ERP, WMS) Leadership, effective communication, and problem-solving skills **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** Postgraduate degree in Logistics, Operations Management, or related fields Certification in continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma) Experience implementing automation and technology solutions in logistics **Minimum Education Level:** Non-degree professional training program
