Contribute to efficiency and cost reduction The Junior Procurement Analyst is responsible for supporting procurement and supplier management processes, ensuring the adequate supply of materials, services, and inputs required for company operations. This role involves analytical, operational, and relationship-building activities, contributing to the efficiency of procurement routines and cost reduction. **Responsibilities** * Conduct quotations and negotiations with suppliers to secure optimal price, delivery time, and quality conditions. * Issue purchase orders and monitor the entire process until final delivery. * Analyze internal requisitions and understand the needs of requesting departments. * Update and maintain supplier and item records in the system. * Monitor performance indicators (e.g., lead time, service level, cost reduction). * Support supplier qualification and evaluation. * Assist in inventory planning and control processes, where applicable. * Support internal audits by complying with departmental guidelines and standards.
