If you have experience managing operations and teams and are seeking new challenges, this opportunity is for you. **About the role** We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to lead logistics operations, ensuring efficiency in shipping, inventory management, and transportation, with a focus on customer service, cost reduction, and continuous improvement. **Key responsibilities** * Coordinate the logistics team (shipping and order picking), ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards * Plan and optimize transportation routes to ensure delivery and pickup efficiency * Collaborate with departments such as Sales, Procurement, and Production Control (PCP) to align demand requirements * Monitor departmental KPIs, analyze performance, and propose improvements * Manage fleet operations (costs, fuel consumption, preventive/corrective maintenance) * Develop driver itineraries based on orders and invoices * Handle customer complaints related to deliveries * Control and analyze inventory (turnover and value), and organize cyclic and monthly inventories * Negotiate and obtain quotes from transportation providers to achieve optimal cost-benefit ratios * Enter documents (CT-e, invoices, invoices) into the system * Ensure accurate information flow with Tax, Accounting, and Finance departments **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields * Experience coordinating logistics operations * Knowledge of inventory management, transportation, and logistics KPIs * Experience managing teams * Familiarity with operational/logistics systems **Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail * Strong communication skills * Teamwork * Systems thinking (holistic view of operations) * Analytical ability and decision-making skills Employment type: Full-time CLT, Freelance / PJ Compensation: R$2.543,24 - R$7.344,01 per month Work location: On-site
