Therefore, we seek professionals like us—those eager to develop in a dynamic environment offering abundant opportunities. **Ready to join this team?** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure compliance with standards and regulations aligned with the organization’s culture and policies, training and guiding the team toward the same objective. * Responsible for managing and directing the team to execute procedures and processes, safeguarding assets to reduce losses and increase store profitability. * Participate in selection processes for new team members; conduct performance evaluations. * Define and assign tasks, prepare work and vacation schedules, monitor timekeeping, overtime, compensatory time, and employee days off. * Follow organizational guidelines and regularly report to the store manager. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree preferred. **Requirements:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; prior experience as a team leader. **Some of Our Benefits:** * Medical assistance or health allowance * Dental assistance (optional) * Transportation allowance * Basic food basket * Gym membership discounts * On-site meals * Life insurance **Working Hours: 2:00 PM to 10:50 PM** **Schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off (availability to work weekends and holidays)** Job Type: Permanent (CLT) Salary: R$1\.983,00 \- R$3\.162,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance
