Currently, Giralda is a franchise with a manufacturing plant in Limeira, serving its network of franchises, resellers, and company-owned stores. Job Description We are hiring a store manager to lead our unit located in Limeira, SP. Key responsibilities include supervising the store's daily operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, managing the sales team, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves ensuring customer satisfaction, implementing loss prevention strategies, and maintaining organization and inventory control. This is a full-time position requiring on-site presence. Operational Management Manage daily opening and closing procedures of the store. Ensure proper functioning, organization, and visual presentation of the point of sale (POS). People Management: Lead, motivate, and be responsible for the customer service team. Develop and implement staff training and improvement programs aimed at enhancing service standards and technical knowledge. Create and manage work schedules. Commercial and Financial Management: Be responsible for achieving sales targets and performance indicators. Manage inventory, being responsible for product orders with the Franchisor. Oversee and execute promotional campaigns sent by the Franchisor. Communication and Marketing: Act as the main contact and be responsible for communication with the Franchisor. Manage the store's social media, keeping content updated and engaging, aligned with brand guidelines. Requirements and Desired Profile Proven experience in store/retail management. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Strategic vision and results orientation. Knowledge in social media management is a plus. Reside in or have easy access to the Rio Claro region. Working Conditions Location: Store in Limeira. Schedule: 6x1 rotation with weekly day off due to store operation every day of the week. Sunday Off: One guaranteed Sunday off per month. Employment Type: CLT or PJ (to be defined/negotiated). Compensation and Benefits: Competitive salary.
