Finally, managing occupational safety and health performance indicators guides improvement processes and corrective actions. * Conduct assessments of all workstations within the Unit to identify and control hazards, injuries, and prevention of occupational diseases; * Propose and submit to the Services Department corrective/improvement actions for workstations to prevent accidents and occupational diseases and ensure compliance with legal requirements (NR – Regulatory Standards); * Deliver occupational safety and health training modules and refresher courses to employees, preparing them to perform their duties safely and adhere to the principles and standards outlined in the Occupational Safety Policy; * Conduct occupational safety and health induction/training for third-party contractors and service providers, informing them of the Unit’s occupational safety and health standards; * Coordinate and ensure updates to Environmental Reports (PPRA, Risk Map), Emergency Plans (Ammonia/Fire), PCMSO / Annual Medical Report, PCA, PPR, LPD/TNC (IMS), Ergonomic Assessment, and Action Plan; * Issue PPP/DSS 8030 reports and supporting documentation for retirement applications of employees exposed to occupational risk factors; * Manage fire-fighting equipment (fire extinguishers, fire hydrants, hoses, etc.), monitoring tests, inspections, and recharges to maintain fire-fighting equipment in optimal working condition; * Establish and train the Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA) and conduct SIPAT – Internal Week for Accident Prevention; * Establish and train the Unit’s Emergency Brigade, ensuring its members remain qualified, up-to-date, and ready for emergency response; * Participate in and support processes and committees related to NR 12, NR 10, NR 20, and NR 13; * Support administration and review of procedures/documentation related to the Occupational Health and Safety Management System and other associated tools, systems, and ISO 45001; * Support actions arising from legal department requests regarding occupational safety. **What will make you successful?** Technical degree in Occupational Safety Practical field experience Experience in implementing and maintaining ISO 45001 is desirable.
