Job Summary: MTO is seeking a Restaurant Manager III to oversee the operational functioning of an O Matuto Expressa unit, supervising staff, ensuring task completion, and maintaining quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for ensuring the store's operational efficiency 2. Supervising employees and their tasks during the shift 3. Verifying food production in accordance with the standard recipe **About Us:** We are MTO, the company responsible for managing the O Matuto Fogo \& Mar and O Matuto Expressa units. Currently, we manage 19 units across the state — including 4 Fogo \& Mar units in Campinas and 15 Expressa units distributed throughout the region and state capital. MTO is passionate about great food and motivated to offer and share wonderful moments! **Position: Restaurant Manager III** **Location: O Matuto Expressa \- Americana Shopping** **Your daily menu:** Ensure smooth operational functioning of the store during your shift. Supervise employees during the shift, ensuring all are present, punctual, properly uniformed, and performing their assigned tasks. Responsible for closing the store, including shutting down equipment. Verify completion of all store checklists (cleaning, receiving, temperature, meat waste). Perform proper dilution and distribution of cleaning products, while supervising their correct usage; Visually inspect, taste-test, and monitor food production to ensure compliance with the standard recipe, and verify that the employee menu is being followed; send a photo to the main group in the absence of the senior manager; Supervise store production to ensure timely completion. **Ingredients We Seek:** Availability to work from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM.
