Job Summary: Workshop Manager position in Limeira to monitor process execution, prepare vehicles, verify documents, distribute service orders, operate equipment, and oversee maintenance activities. Key Highlights: 1. Monitor and ensure the execution of workshop processes 2. Distribute service orders and operate the Munck/Winch 3. Monitor the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance The dealership is seeking a Workshop Manager in Limeira. **Responsibilities:** Monitor and ensure the execution of processes. Prepare vehicles for workshop entry; Verify completion of warranty reports, maintenance plans, and check\-lists; Review prepared estimates; Distribute service orders jointly with the service controller, according to technicians' technical capabilities; Operate the workshop's Munck/Winch; Test vehicles; Interpret and share technical literature with the team; Monitor the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance and rework; Request necessary purchases. Previous experience as Maintenance Supervisor, Technical Service Manager, Workshop Coordinator, or Repair Team Leader may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role. Bachelor's degree in progress.
