Ensuring compliance with current legislation **Job Description:** ---------------------- Responsible for prospecting, hiring, and managing independent drivers and affiliated carriers (TAC/ETC), in accordance with the company's revenue and profitability targets, ensuring vehicle availability to meet the company's operational demands, conducting freight negotiations, validating documentation, maintaining updated registrations, and guaranteeing compliance with current legislation (Law No. 13.103/2015 and ANTT regulations).
