**MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed or currently pursuing a technical secondary education or higher education; * Computer skills (Microsoft Office suite); * Knowledge of blow molding and injection molding processes; * Willingness to reside in Limeira or surrounding areas. **PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:** * Specialization/Course in Leadership; * Knowledge of 5S+1 tools; * Knowledge of measurement tools; * Knowledge of machine maintenance tools. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure operators carry out part production in accordance with the inspection plan, technical specifications, operational instructions, packaging requirements, and production orders; * Promote maintenance of machines, devices, peripherals, and tooling, and optimize resources (labor/materials/machinery); * Ensure that productivity and quality verification routines are performed as defined by management; * Conduct controls with immediate supervisor to meet budget targets—such as industrial expenses, overtime, absenteeism, and vacations—through periodic alignment and using system resources; * Decide whether to continue or halt production upon detection of non-conformities, activating the support chain when necessary; * Develop and promote team training through on-the-job training (OJT); * Ensure compliance with Quality Management System and Environmental Management System procedures.
