Job Summary:
A professional to monitor, adjust, and optimize HDPE drum blow molding processes, parameterize machines, and diagnose issues—contributing to continuous improvement.

**MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:**
\-Technical education in Plastics Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Chemistry, or related fields.
**PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:**
\-Practical experience with blow molding processes (extrusion-blow and/or injection-blow);
\-Applied knowledge of blow molding machine parameterization, process development, and interaction with blow molding equipment;
\-Understanding of HDPE and its rheological behavior during blow or injection molding transformation;
\-Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and process specifications;
\-Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Production, Mechanical, Chemical, Mechatronics, or related fields);
\-Experience with plasma surface treatment;
\-Experience in industrial drum production;
\-Experience with SPC (Statistical Process Control) and Process FMEA;
\-Participation in validation projects for new molds, products, or processes;
\-Familiarity with technical and regulatory standards applicable to packaging—especially for chemical transportation.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
\-Monitor, adjust, and optimize HDPE and other thermoplastic drum blow molding processes;
\-Perform blow molding machine parameterization, including: extrusion temperatures, blow times and pressures, wall thickness control, and parison programming;
\-Ensure correct application of plasma surface treatment;
\-Diagnose and resolve process issues and product defects, and define robust action plans addressing root causes;
\-Support validation of new products, molds, and processes;
\-Collaborate with Quality, Production, and Maintenance departments to drive continuous improvement;
\-Develop, standardize, and maintain process instructions, operational parameters, and technical reports;
\-Monitor and analyze process indicators (scrap rate, efficiency, stability);
\-Provide and deliver technical training to operators when required.
