Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for ensuring full equipment functionality, performing maintenance tasks, and proposing solutions with a customer focus, in compliance with safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Operation of blow molding and injection molding machines, extruders, and gearboxes. 2. Responsibility for preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment. 3. Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and technical drawing interpretation. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related vocational training; * Technical drawing interpretation; * Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics; * Knowledge of blow molding and injection molding machines; \- Availability to work in Limeira \-SP; * Knowledge of bearings, gears, lubrication, extruders, and gearboxes; * NR-10 and NR-11 certification. **PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:** * Knowledge of electrical systems and electrical component maintenance; * Experience in machine maintenance. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure equipment is fully operational; * Record time spent on service tasks in the OM system; * Enter cause codes, damage symptoms, object parts, actions, and systems in the OM system. Accurately record downtime codes in the EGA system; * Follow manufacturer, supervisor, and/or maintenance specialist instructions when performing maintenance tasks, as required. Propose and implement preventive action plans; * Propose solutions to resolve issues with a customer focus; * Perform electrical tasks in accordance with NR-10 requirements; * Propose and modify mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components; * Maintain workshops and remote maintenance stations according to 6S standards; * Occasionally perform welding, oxy-fuel cutting, drilling, milling, grinding, lathe operations, working at heights, hoist operation, overhead crane operation, aerial platform operation, and forklift operation—subject to mandatory training per applicable NR regulations. **This position is also open to candidates with disabilities (PcD).**
