




**Join our team and transform care into experience!** If you are a leader, results-oriented, and passionate about people, **apply now and join Unimed Costa do Sol**. ### **Responsibilities:** * Ensure excellent service to beneficiaries, healthcare providers, and the general public, guaranteeing the team’s continuous qualification to comply with the cooperative’s regulations. * Ensure appropriate and formal handling of beneficiary complaints, particularly those unresolved through in-person or remote operator services. * Implement administrative measures to improve and enhance services, based on analysis of complaints, reports, suggestions, criticisms, and compliments, preventing recurrence. * Plan and monitor employee training and development activities, identifying needs and seeking new resources to boost team performance. * Monitor and evaluate performance indicators for areas under management, promoting continuous improvement initiatives. ### **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields. * Specialization in Customer Relationship Management. * Proficiency in medical regulations and protocols. * Knowledge of Normative Resolutions and ANS guidelines. * Familiarity with ANS – TISS, Medical Fee Schedule, and General Instructions. * Experience managing performance indicators.
