Supports inventory management and material replenishment **Job Objective:** Control the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and supplies used in production, ensuring organization, traceability, and appropriate supply for factory production lines and construction sites. **Responsibilities:** * Main Responsibilities * Receive, inspect, and store materials and supplies according to invoices and purchase orders; * Monitor incoming goods, outgoing goods, and minimum stock levels using internal systems and spreadsheets; * Supply production departments with required materials according to usage schedules; * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse, complying with safety regulations; * Conduct periodic inventory counts, identify discrepancies, and support loss control; * Properly label and identify stored products; * Assist in verifying returned or exchanged materials; * Generate inventory control reports and collaborate with the procurement department regarding replenishment needs. \* **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Basic knowledge of inventory control and material handling; * Familiarity with computer applications (Excel, management systems); * Organizational skills and attention to detail. \* **Hard Skills:** * Experience in material storage, inspection, and inventory; * Proficiency in both physical and system-based inventory control; * Knowledge of control tools (ERP, spreadsheets, labels, etc.); * Ability to read invoices and purchase orders. **Desirable Qualifications:** * Prior experience in industrial warehousing or civil construction; * Familiarity with systems such as Sólides, TOTVS, SAP, or similar; * Certification as forklift operator or in cargo handling. * Behavioral Competencies (Soft Skills) * Organization and focus; * Agility and sense of priority; * Good interpersonal skills; * Responsibility and commitment to deadlines and processes.
