Actively participate in internal and external audits Description: * Bachelor's degree completed or currently pursuing in Civil Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields; * Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO 9001 standards is desirable; * Experience in internal and external audits, with a focus on process identification and improvement, is desirable; * Tools for monitoring and controlling quality indicators. * Supervise the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) across all construction sites, ensuring compliance with established standards and applicable regulations; * Plan, organize, and conduct training sessions for the team to enhance competencies and ensure adherence to quality procedures; * Actively participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and identify areas for improvement; * Provide support and assistance to construction sites in developing and maintaining quality documentation, ensuring its integrity and compliance; * Monitor and control quality indicators, implementing corrective and preventive actions as necessary to achieve established objectives; * Conduct daily site visits as required by operational needs, ensuring work progress and quality; * Manage and maintain up-to-date records of team activities using spreadsheets and management systems, ensuring efficiency and organization; * Hold periodic meetings with the site manager to set goals, review progress, and implement necessary corrective actions to ensure project objectives are met. 2512070202191510850
