We are seeking a **Payroll Assistant** to provide operational and technical support for payroll closing, ensuring accurate calculation of labor, social security, and tax obligations, with emphasis on **eSocial, DCTFWeb/DARF, and TOTVS system**. The professional will be responsible for supporting compliance with legal deadlines, verifying calculations, and integrating information with official systems. Main responsibilities * Support the **processing and closing of monthly payroll**, vacations, terminations, and 13th salary; * Verify and perform **calculation of social security contributions and labor charges**; * Handle submission, verification, and monitoring of events in **eSocial**; * Support generation, verification, and control of **DCTFWeb and DARFs**; * Conduct reconciliations among **payroll × labor charges × ancillary obligations**; * Perform payroll routines in the **TOTVS system** (RM or equivalent); * Support internal audits, accounting, and regulatory inspections; * Maintain organized controls, reports, and records in accordance with current legislation. Requirements * Currently pursuing or holding a degree in **Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields**; * Prior experience with **payroll routines**; * Practical knowledge of **eSocial, DCTFWeb, and calculation of labor charges (INSS, FGTS)**; * Experience with **TOTVS system (RM Labore preferred)**; * Basic knowledge of **labor and social security legislation**; * Organizational skills, attention to deadlines, and strong analytical ability.
