Register and send your resume! **Responsibilities and duties** Practice all protocols and routines related to the area to achieve satisfactory results, from inventory control to result analysis, its relevance and reliability; Promote actions and conduct shifts safely and with quality; Monitor result release times in coordination with patient care areas; Monitor laboratory equipment maintenance schedules and track corrective and preventive maintenance performed by manufacturers; Monitor and follow up on daily, weekly, biweekly, and monthly equipment maintenance performed by the internal team, according to equipment manuals; Monitor technical department operations and assist the team; Maintain communication and interaction with CCIH – Hospital Infection Control Center; Generate incident and pending issue reports from shifts to forward to the Technical Supervisor; Manage inventory control of department materials such as reagents, kits, and supplies, and assist in monitoring them; Result analysis and interpretation: Perform tests and analyze results, collaborating with biomedical scientists and physicians in the diagnostic process. Adherence to biosafety protocols: Strictly follow biosafety protocols and maintain organization and cleanliness of the work environment. Communication and guidance: Communicate critical results clearly and accurately. Receive, prepare, and perform laboratory tests, assisting the on-duty biomedical scientist. Count inventory and replenish materials in hospital departments.
