KQRH, in partnership with a renowned analytical laboratory, is hiring!
**You will be responsible for executing the analytical techniques described in company procedures, critically analyzing results, meeting deadlines, maintaining organization, and ensuring the safety and integrity of all personnel.**
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Perform and supervise various analytical steps, including weighing, extraction, and homogenization, for example;
* Train new employees and supervise assistants and interns in procedures upon request by the Sector Coordinator;
* Enter evaluated results, replicates, and additional analyses into the system (according to the respective business line), as well as record relevant information;
* Submit purchase requests for laboratory materials in the system under Coordination supervision, if necessary;
* Assist in sending materials for calibration;
* Supervise and guide Assistants, Assistants, and Interns;
* Review and create new documents in the Quality Management System;
* Participate, under supervision, in validations related to analytical steps;
* Communicate with the Registration area (Login/Triage) regarding samples under processing, followed by printing the work schedule map. Store these samples in an organized manner within the sector;
* Assist in checking analytical results / critical analyses;
* Perform proficiency testing;
* Report any issues arising during routine laboratory operations to the Senior Analyst or Coordination;
* Perform general laboratory tasks according to the task division defined by the Coordinator, which may include: preparation of materials (solutions, buffers, culture media, standard solutions), temperature checks, verification of expiration dates for solutions and reagents in use;
* Notify the Senior Analyst or Coordination about material needs and corrective or preventive equipment maintenance requirements; when necessary, perform periodic equipment maintenance following manufacturer recommendations and guidance from the Senior Analyst or Coordinator;
* Maintain freezers, refrigerators, cabinets, drawers, shelves, and workbenches organized, storing each supply at the temperature recommended by the manufacturer (ambient, refrigerated, or frozen);
* Clean and disinfect the work area (bench) before and after routine operations, following the specific procedure;
* Conduct monthly inspections of supplies for expiration dates; notify the Sector Coordinator in advance of impending expirations and perform disposal when required;
* Use all necessary PPE to safely perform tasks in accordance with laboratory safety standards;
* Archive documents according to Quality training;
* Segregate and dispose of waste.
* Perform other related activities as needed or at the discretion of your supervisor.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Completed technical education or ongoing undergraduate degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or related fields.
* Experience in gas chromatography analysis.
* Active CRQ registration
**Technical Knowledge:**
* Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).

**Additional Information:**
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 16:48, and Saturdays from 07:00 to 12:00; and Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:48 (rotating Saturday shift);
Work Modality: On-site;
