Materials and Safety Management **OPEN POSITION – CLEANING SUPERVISOR \| UFSCar Araras** We are hiring a **Cleaning Supervisor** for a continuous service contract covering cleaning, maintenance, and hygiene services at the **UFSCar – Araras Campus**. **Salary:** R$ 2\.404,68 **Work Schedule:** * 5x2 (Monday to Friday) * Saturdays and Sundays: Off **Benefits:** * Meal Voucher: R$ 21.80/day * Food Allowance: R$ 151.91 * Basic Food Basket (Pluxee – SIEMACO): R$ 315.00 **Main Responsibilities:** **✔ Quality Control** * Verify service execution according to standards and Terms of Reference * Conduct inspections in classrooms, restrooms, outdoor areas, and laboratories * Correct deficiencies and request rework when necessary **✔ Materials and Equipment Management** * Monitor material usage to prevent waste * Request replenishment of supplies and PPE * Oversee maintenance of machines and equipment **✔ Client Interface (UFSCar)** * Maintain contact with contract supervisors * Receive requests and log incidents * Support audits and inspections **✔ Team Management** * Train and guide team members * Ensure proper use of uniforms and PPE * Mediate conflicts and maintain team organization **✔ Safety and Regulations** * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations * Provide guidance on hazards and chemical product usage * Guarantee good hygiene and biosafety practices **✔ Administrative Tasks** * Complete reports, checklists, and attendance records * Log incidents (absences, delays, substitutions) * Support contractual document organization ✅ **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in professional cleaning leadership – 6 months * Knowledge of maintenance and hygiene routines * Strong communication and organizational skills * Completed high school education Payment: R$2\.404,68 per month Benefits: * Food Allowance * Meal Voucher * Transportation Voucher Work Location: On-site
