To support this mission, Syngenta's hiring team is seeking an Electrical Engineering Intern in Paulínia/SP. This role will support maintenance, installation, and inspection activities of industrial electrical systems, working under supervision with a focus on practical learning and operational safety. **Responsibilities:** * Support preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on electrical circuits, panels, and equipment, as well as perform electrical measurements (voltage, current, resistance, insulation, etc.). * Assist in assembling and installing distribution boards, motors, control systems, and automation systems. * Support reading and interpreting electrical diagrams and wiring schematics. * Assist in updating technical records, maintenance reports, and equipment inventories. * Comply with safety, environmental, and good maintenance practices, and collaborate in verifying compliance with electrical safety regulations (NR\-10\). * Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance processes. **Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Technical Degree in Electrical Engineering (with minimum availability of 1 year for internship, preferably 2 years). * Availability to work from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM in Paulínia; * Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn. **Desired:** * Basic knowledge of electrical controls, installations, and electrical safety. * Basic understanding of reading electrical diagrams and using measurement instruments. **Additional Information** **What We Offer** * A culture that celebrates diversity and inclusion, promotes professional development, and seeks a balance between professional and personal life to support team members.
