Description: Requirements: * Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering. * Experience: Minimum of 6 months of work experience; preferably 5 years of experience as a supervisor or in electrical maintenance. Preferred qualifications (non-eliminatory): * Intermediate English proficiency. * Training in: Food Safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), NR10 (SEC and SEP), and Industrial Electronics. Main responsibilities: * Supervise, in alignment with management, your work team, maintaining order and discipline within the department to ensure employees perform their duties committedly and achieve established goals through the promotion of a performance evaluation process for individuals under your responsibility, providing continuous feedback to correct deviations and encourage positive contributions to the business; * Develop and coordinate basic projects, ensure compliance with project stages, support execution to optimize investments and schedules; supervise subordinates' projects to fulfill the scope requested by the client and meet their expectations. * Supervise contracted companies in the electrical and instrumentation fields, verifying scope, safety, cleanliness, and quality, aiming to deliver contracted services meeting all requirements. * Develop, evaluate, and technically and commercially manage suppliers of labor, services, parts, and equipment through on-site visits and commercial proposals to guarantee supply and execution of projects and maintenance, streamlining the procurement process and adherence to construction schedules. * Provide technical support to the department, maintaining operational stability by guiding staff, applying control tools and available resources within planned parameters. * Assess and develop the knowledge, skills, abilities, and needs of each employee, as well as onboard new professionals to ensure system continuity through courses and training programs. During employee hiring, conduct technical and interpersonal evaluations through interviews, practical and theoretical tests for effective recruitment; * Identify training and tooling needs of subordinate employees, ensuring necessary conditions for job execution. * Conduct follow-up with the purchasing, supplier, and/or warehouse departments regarding pending procurement processes under your responsibility, and evaluate warehouse items for detailed description (new models) for restocking or inventory removal; * Instruct your team according to Technical Work Instructions, ensuring employee physical integrity through the use of safety equipment, supported by informative meetings and DDS. 2511050202231789584
