The professional will be responsible for cleaning, organizing, and maintaining apartments, ensuring the comfort and well-being of our guests. **Responsibilities:** * Perform daily cleaning and tidying of guest rooms according to hotel standards. * Change bed linens and bath towels, restock hygiene items and minibar supplies. * Maintain organization and cleanliness of floor-level common areas. * Report forgotten items, damages, or maintenance needs. * Comply with hotel-established hygiene and safety standards. * Attend guests courteously and discreetly when necessary. * Assist with laundry or other departmental tasks as requested. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education (minimum). * Prior experience in this role is preferred. * Good communication skills and professional demeanor. * Agility, organization, and attention to detail. * Commitment to quality and workplace ethics. * Availability to work on weekends and holidays.
