Governance Coordinator

Description

* Coordinate and supervise the activities of the **housekeeping, cleaning assistants, and public areas** team. * Develop and monitor **work schedules, days off, and task assignments for the team**. * Ensure compliance with **cleaning, organization, and room arrangement standards for guest rooms and common areas**. * Conduct **periodic inspections of guest rooms and hotel areas**, ensuring quality standards. * Control and monitor **inventory of linens, amenities, cleaning supplies, and departmental materials**. * Request replenishments and monitor **laundry control and linen circulation**. * Train, guide, and support the **professional development of the housekeeping team**. * Ensure compliance with **safety, hygiene, and operational procedures**. * Monitor departmental KPIs, such as **productivity, cleaning quality, and room turnaround time**. * Collaborate with **reception, maintenance, and laundry departments** to ensure room availability and quality. * Support **inventory processes and internal audits**.
