Administrative and executive support **Responsibilities:** * Operate PBX telephone system * Receive and place internal and external calls * Screen calls and transfer them to responsible departments * Take and promptly relay messages * Maintain updated extension listings * Provide administrative and executive support upon request * Operate WesccTech and Presserv systems * Address inquiries from customers, suppliers, etc. * Issue service vouchers * Submit telephone system or Elektro service tickets when necessary **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Excellent verbal communication skills; * Experience in telephone-based customer service; * Must reside in Limeira.
