Assist clients in executing HR routines and processes within the system. Identify, analyze, and guide resolution of issues related to payroll, vacation, termination, and labor charges calculations. Provide client support via phone, e-mail, and WhatsApp, ensuring clarity in guidance and quality of service. Log support interactions and track requests until resolution. Support clients in correctly utilizing system features. Previous experience as a Technical Support Specialist, Technical Support Technician, Help Desk Analyst, or Support Consultant may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
