




Description: * Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Information Technology or related fields. * Knowledge of administration and/or support for Microsoft Office. * Knowledge of Active Directory (groups and user accounts). * Knowledge of Windows operating systems. * Experience with remote support and/or computer maintenance. * Experience with customer support via HelpDesk/ServiceDesk. * Handle and log requests/tickets via telephone, e-mail, and chat. * Correctly categorize and recategorize requests/tickets. * Address incidents, service requests, and change requests. * Route tickets to the appropriate departments. * Provide remote and on-site (field service) support. * Manage and allocate IT assets for the business unit. * Install, configure, and maintain desktops, notebooks, and printers. * Install, configure, and provide support for applications, tools, and software. 251221020255555369
