ERP TOTVS Protheus configuration and testing A metallurgical company is seeking a Support Analyst in Limeira (Rural Area). Prometal is a company specialized in the manufacturing and commercialization of metal products. Focused on quality and innovation, it serves various market segments. **Responsibilities:** Serve as the technical reference for integration among Production, Logistics, and IT, ensuring data consistency and process efficiency. Provide functional support to users from relevant departments, including technical guidance and training for correct system usage. Perform ERP TOTVS Protheus configuration, integrated testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation to ensure alignment with operational workflows. Develop and analyze management reports and KPIs to support decision-making. Previous experience as a Technical Support Specialist, Help Desk Analyst, Support Technician, or Support Consultant may indicate suitability for some activities in this role. Bachelor's degree required.
