Identify, develop, and implement process improvements and innovations. **[Services] Implementation Specialist | Protheus** ======================================================= TOTVS | Limeira - SP | Hybrid Job Description Responsible for ensuring software implementation at client sites, guaranteeing customer satisfaction and the success of assigned projects, delivering added value and supporting the development of less experienced and knowledgeable team members. Responsibilities and Duties * Ensure achievement of individual performance indicators and departmental results/goals by working on strategic projects that increase customer satisfaction (NPS); * Proactively identify conceptual, technical, and/or business-related issues in projects/services, suggesting improvements and/or innovations, formally communicating them to responsible departments, and tracking recommended solutions/improvements; * Perform high-complexity activities across all stages of service delivery and/or project implementation, including solution architecture; * Serve as a technical and/or business reference for the department/unit within the relevant segment/areas of operation, mastering and disseminating knowledge through training and mentoring; * Identify and foster business opportunities, informing the Commercial team or direct leader; * Actively participate in communities, technical forums, and communication channels of the segment, reviewing documentation and supporting responses and solutions for internal and external customers; * Collaborate in hiring new team members or third-party contractors, evaluating candidates’ technical and/or business knowledge level for the position; * Identify, develop, and implement process improvements and/or innovations for the department based on technical and business expertise, formally communicating them to responsible departments; * Maintain broad market and TOTVS product awareness, mastering the business/segment in which one operates; * Present improvement and feature development suggestions to the product team, aligned with customer needs and feedback; * Act as Quality Assurance for projects, supporting the team and ensuring adopted strategies are most appropriate for the customer. Requirements and Qualifications * In-depth knowledge of the target business segment; * Mastery of business rules, with attention to market innovations and trends; * TOTVS solutions for the target business segment — mandatory; * Microsoft Office or Google Workplace — advanced; * MS Project — basic. Desired Qualifications * Familiarity with FURPs methodology for requirements gathering; * GUT matrix classification (Gravity, Urgency, Trend); * BPM, Agile, ITIL, and SCRUM methodologies.
