**V12 is assisting a major company in the Campinas region and surrounding areas in filling the position of Senior Systems Analyst.** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Administer all the company’s business systems (SQL Server database, Protheus ERP, SFA, BI), provide support to system users, and assist coordination with regard to new projects in the area; Develop process validation MTs, meeting minutes, or process analyses; Train users on system usage and related processes; Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support to system users; Create system and process user manuals; Map, document, and improve processes related to the Protheus ERP; Perform system configurations, registrations, adjustments, and minor customizations; Support the implementation of new Protheus modules, integrations, and updates; Execute functional tests, user acceptance testing (UAT), and user support; Interact with TOTVS and vendors to resolve incidents and implement improvements; Prepare management reports and system performance indicators; Contribute to IT governance and compliance with internal standards and audits. **REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields; Proficiency in SQL databases and ADVPL development (source code reading, analysis, and debugging); Intermediate knowledge of system and database documentation, as well as programming and system development / Protheus environment administration (Configurator / APSDU / TDS and system updates); Intermediate knowledge of Protheus infrastructure management, binaries, and Protheus\_data; Residence in Campinas/SP or surrounding areas is desirable. **BENEFITS:** Market-competitive salary, medical and dental plans with no employee contribution; on-site meals; meal allowance; profit-sharing program; transportation allowance (VT); group life insurance; hybrid work model.
