**We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team!** If you are communicative, organized, and enjoy interacting with people and handling administrative routines, this position is for you! Here, you will be the company’s first point of contact with clients, suppliers, and visitors, while also supporting daily operational routines. **Your main responsibilities:** * Manage telephone (extension) and WhatsApp communications. * Assess requests, provide initial information, and route them to the responsible department. * Greet clients and visitors courteously and announce them to the relevant personnel. * Maintain organization at the reception area and pantry, providing coffee, water, and support to visitors. * Receive and route packages, mail, and courier deliveries. * Support the issuance of postal labels and preparation of shipments. * Assist in sealing merchandise boxes for shipment or pickup. Maintain contact with motorcycle couriers, drivers, and freight carriers for deliveries and pickups. * Perform basic administrative tasks, such as document control, organization, and archiving. **What we’re looking for:** * Completed high school education. * Experience in customer service, reception, or administrative routines is a plus. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Organizational ability, proactivity, and attention to detail. * Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a team. * Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, email, and systems).
