About the Position We are looking for a communicative, organized, and proactive individual to work at the gym reception desk—the first point of contact for our students and visitors. The reception desk is a key element in delivering an exceptional customer experience and ensuring efficient unit operations. Main Responsibilities * In-person, telephone, and WhatsApp customer service * Student registration and access control * Presentation of membership plans and enrollment closing * Reception organization and cash handling * Support in administrative routines * Assistance to instructors and internal staff * Monitoring of overdue payments and plan renewals Requirements * Completed high school education * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Basic computer literacy * Aptitude for public interaction and sales * Organizational skills and sense of responsibility Preferred Qualifications * Prior experience working at a gym reception desk * Experience meeting targets and engaging in sales * Familiarity with gym management systems Employment Type: Full-time CLT Work Location: On-site
