Job Summary: Responsible for developing and implementing occupational health and safety policies, managing occupational health and safety documentation, and investigating and analyzing workplace accidents on construction sites. Since our founding in 2010, we have believed in the potential to build meaningful stories with our customers; to become part of their lives, we went further: establishing a commitment to quality and efficient development projects. **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for developing and implementing occupational health and safety policies; conducting audits; monitoring and evaluating work areas; identifying control variables; developing educational initiatives in occupational health and safety; and participating in expert assessments and inspections. Participates in and manages occupational health and safety documentation, investigates and analyzes accidents. **The professional must handle diverse operational scenarios on construction sites, balancing deadlines, productivity, and safety, while directly engaging with operational teams, leadership, engineering, and third-party companies.** * Conduct daily inspections of sites, facilities, and equipment, identifying risk factors, recording non-conformities, and developing action plans jointly with the construction team, monitoring their implementation. * Implement and monitor PCMSO (Occupational Health Monitoring Program) and PGR (Risk Management Program) action plans; * Implement preventive measures aligned with occupational risks associated with activities; * Develop and deliver training sessions, onboarding programs, safety campaigns, and Daily Safety Talks (DDS), promoting worker awareness; * Monitor and supervise proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Collective Protective Equipment (CPE), ensuring correct usage by both internal employees and third-party personnel; * Manage, record, and monitor PPE distribution to employees; * Monitor and manage Admission, Periodic, Return-to-Work, Change-of-Function, and Exit Occupational Health Examinations (ASO) in coordination with the occupational medicine clinic; * Conduct inspections and oversight of accommodations, preparing periodic visit reports to ensure adequate hygiene, safety, and comfort conditions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety (TST); * Active DRT (Department of Labor Registration); * Experience in civil construction, specifically vertical construction projects; * Knowledge of Brazilian Regulatory Standards (NRs); * Practical experience applying regulatory standards and using PPE for various types of machinery; * Basic computer skills. **Additional Information** **Working Hours** ----------------------- * Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM * **Compensation** --------------- Salary + productivity bonus * **Benefits** -------------- * Meals provided on-site (breakfast and lunch); * Transportation allowance; * Life insurance; * Health insurance (co-payment); * Amil dental insurance plan; * TotalPass; * Birthday leave (Day Off); We acquire land, develop products, obtain approvals, construct, and sell through an integrated sales operation.
