




**MANDATORY PHASE — ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST REGISTER ON THE SUCEL RH GROUP WEBSITE — WWW.SUCEL.COM.BR** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Leadership, guidance, and supervision of the technical team throughout projects, from structuring to implementation Planning, monitoring, tracking, and controlling project phases Process organization, analysis, and standardization, including participation in technical and strategic meetings Development of models, flowcharts, and standards for process architecture and management Support to departments in using management tools and continuous improvement initiatives Preparation of technical drawings and material lists (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, and MS Project) Initiation of procurement requests and resource allocations in the TOTVS system, plus support in technical negotiations Monitoring of internal manufacturing, external services, and functional testing up to final approval Support in safety, quality, and environmental audits and inspections Generation of performance indicators, analysis of results, documentation, and periodic reporting Participation in training programs and continuous pursuit of professional development Commitment to sustainability, safety, quality, and employee well-being Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree Desired Qualification: Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering, Bachelor’s Degree
