




Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior People & Management Analyst to work as a generalist in Human Resources, covering talent acquisition, communication, development, audits, and internal initiatives. Participation in employee engagement and culture initiatives We are seeking a **Junior People & Management Analyst** to work as a **generalist in Human Resources**, handling processes related to talent acquisition, communication, development, audits, and internal initiatives. **Requirements** Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in **Psychology**, **Human Resources Technology**, or **Business Administration**. Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. Experience in **generalist HR**. **Desirable:** English language proficiency. **Responsibilities** Handle **Talent Acquisition and Selection** processes, primarily for **operational positions**, and provide support for **strategic positions**. Align candidate profiles with managers, screen resumes, conduct interviews, administer tests and group dynamics, and manage the entire candidate onboarding process. Implement the **Onboarding** process and support **Offboarding** activities. Carry out routine **Training and Development (T&D)** tasks, apply and monitor **reaction and effectiveness evaluations**, and assist in **Training Needs Assessment (TNA)**. Update and monitor **People & Management KPIs** (T&D, Recruitment & Selection, eNPS), reporting results to department management. Conduct surveys to monitor **Organizational Climate**, and implement corrective actions. Execute **internal marketing initiatives** aligned with the company’s strategic business plan. Actively participate in **employee engagement and organizational culture projects**. Support Diversity & Inclusion programs, Apprenticeship programs, and Internship programs. Organize documents and evidence required for **audits** (ISO 9001, BRCGS, SMETA). Support HR administration and facilities management routines.
