Job Description: * Provide technical and operational support to users, ensuring the proper functioning of systems, networks, and IT equipment; * Monitor the company’s technological infrastructure, ensuring service availability, performance, and security; * Assist in implementing and maintaining information security policies, access controls, and backups; * Support server administration, internal network, VPNs, and other corporate tools; * Identify and resolve security incidents, vulnerabilities, and non-conformities; * Collaborate with the Technology team on infrastructure projects and continuous improvement initiatives; * Maintain up-to-date records of service tickets, incidents, and IT assets, ensuring traceability and organized information management. Requirements: * Currently enrolled in a related undergraduate program; * Expected graduation date starting from 2027; * Must reside in Rio Claro-SP. Job Details: * Internship Schedule: 6 hours per day, Monday through Friday, including a one-hour break; * Location: On-site in Rio Claro-SP; * Benefits: Stipend, Meal Voucher, and Gympass access.
