Opportunity for professional development and growth **Inside Sales Representative** We are looking for a commercially minded, proactive, and results-driven sales representative to join our team. Responsibilities * Multichannel outreach to potential customers via phone and WhatsApp, providing support and guidance with a sales focus. * Active and strategic lead management, guiding negotiations through to closure. * Identifying customer needs and presenting appropriate solutions aligned with our product offerings. * Consistently striving to meet and exceed sales targets. * Accurate recording and tracking of all lead interactions, maintaining up-to-date information in the CRM. * Conducting regular follow-ups to ensure progression of sales opportunities. * Actively participating in team meetings and strategic alignment sessions. Requirements * Prior B2B sales experience. * Ability to effectively handle objections and negotiate. * Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, and influencing skills. * Experience using CRM systems. Preferred Qualifications * Prior experience selling industrial machinery. * Technical degree in Industrial Mechanics, Mechatronics, or related fields.
