




A computer support and services company is seeking a Hardware Support Technician in Rio Claro (Downtown). **Responsibilities:** Receive and log service requests. Classify and prioritize service requests. Communicate directly with users and record as much information as possible. Resolve first-line service requests (basic diagnostics and solutions). Close service requests. Perform escalation (forward unresolved service requests to higher-level support). Conduct monitoring and feedback. Assemble equipment to address service requests. Clean and maintain equipment to address service requests.
