Description: Job Description We are looking for a Field Services Operator to carry out Field Service Orders (FSOs), including installation, repair, address change, and other services, in accordance with the company’s defined operational procedures. Let’s sail toward the future! \#JoinBrisanet What will your day-to-day look like? * Embody the organizational identity of the Brisanet Group; * Actively participate in organizational meetings and commitments when requested; * Use individual and collective safety equipment when required; * Drive the company vehicle when necessary; * Perform other related duties as needed by the department and as directed by leadership; * Maintain the company vehicle in compliance with processes defined by the Fleet Management department, ensuring its proper functioning; \- Carry out workplace safety procedures, such as JSA (Job Safety Analysis) and use of PPEs, in accordance with current legislation; * Execute field service orders, including installation, repair, address change, and other services, in accordance with the company’s defined operational procedures; * Provide referrals for additional or new sales; * Ensure the conservation, maintenance, proper use, and safekeeping of resources provided by the company; verify the work environment after service completion to guarantee organization, cleanliness, and proper disposal of used materials. What we’re looking for in this opportunity: * Completed high school education; * Basic computer skills; * Knowledge of networks and computer maintenance; * Familiarity with the city’s geography; * Driver’s license category B and defensive driving certification. Preferred qualifications: * 6 months’ experience in telecommunications; * Willingness to travel; * Knowledge of access transmission technologies and media: twisted-pair cables and optical fiber; * Router and signal repeater configuration; * Structured cabling; * Customer service techniques.
