As a Proactive Telesales Agent, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and the company, ensuring all their questions are answered efficiently and courteously. You will be responsible for making proactive (or receptive) phone calls and/or contacting customers via WhatsApp or other customer communication tools to offer and sell credit products from our portfolio: Payroll-Deductible Loan, Personal Loan, FGTS Birthday Withdrawal, Loans for CLT Employees (partnered with companies), and other products included in our portfolio. Additional Job Details: * Work Location: CENTRO/Limeira * Work Schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off (days off on Saturdays and Sundays); * Daily Working Hours: 6 hours and 20 minutes; Ideal for balancing studies or another job ;) We Seek Professionals With: * Excellent written communication skills in Portuguese, including strong grammar and spelling. * Ability to effectively solve problems and find satisfactory solutions for customers. * Proficiency in computer use, digital tools, and fast typing.
