Sales Consultant II

Job Summary: This role involves active client engagement, consultative sales, prospecting, and managing the entire sales cycle from lead to post-delivery. Key Highlights: 1. Consultative customer service and prospecting of new clients 2. End-to-end management of the sales cycle and after-sales 3. Monitoring of quotations and projects together with internal teams REQUIREMENTS: * Completed high school education or undergraduate studies in progress (Administration, Marketing, Architecture); * Proficiency in computer applications (Excel); * Knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques; * Experience with CRM systems. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide consultative customer service using required tools and conducting site visits when necessary; * Actively prospect new clients by conducting market research; * Reactivate inactive clients and collect post-sales feedback; * Align quotation and product details with clients, coordinating closely with design and quotation support teams; * Maintain and update the CRM system, recording lead and customer data; * Record follow-up on open service orders (OS) for clarification and action plan definition; * Monitor sales through project delivery and perform post-sales activities.
