The **ON.LOC**, a company specializing in Computer Leasing, is seeking an IT Technician to join our team in Rio Claro – SP. If you are organized, possess strong communication skills, are proactive, and aim to grow within the field of information technology, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities** * Answer and log service requests; * Classify and prioritize service requests; * Communicate directly with users and record as much information as possible; * Resolve first-line service requests (basic diagnostics and solutions); * Close service requests; * Perform escalation (forward unresolved requests to higher support levels); * Conduct monitoring and provide feedback; * Assemble equipment to address service requests; * Clean and maintain equipment to address service requests; * Perform other tasks assigned by the Support Supervisor and/or Supply Chain Manager. **What We’re Looking For** * Completed technical education in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
