Job Summary: Planning and Performance Manager II will act as a strategic partner to the Vice President of Technology, ensuring planning, prioritization, and execution of strategy with a focus on value creation and excellence. As a Manager, your main challenge will be to serve as a strategic partner to the Vice\-President of Technology, ensuring planning, prioritization, and execution of strategy—with emphasis on value generation, performance, and operational excellence. **Responsibilities and Duties** Main responsibilities: * Orchestrate strategic planning, roadmap development, and tracking of Tech initiative execution. * Collaborate daily with the VP and Directors of Technology, supporting decision-making through structured analyses. * Lead Tech excellence programs and governance of the project portfolio. * Own Tech Compensation (SAZ). * Manage PMOs and strategic projects with financial and people focus. * Conduct financial analyses. E.g.: business cases, ROI, OPEX efficiency, and investment prioritization. **Requirements and Qualifications*** Experience in planning, performance management, strategic PMO, or strategic finance within complex environments. * Strong analytical capability, strategic vision, and influence over senior leadership. * Executive communication skills and ability to navigate ambiguous contexts. * Financial hard skills.
