




Description: As a Training Assistant at TOTVS Business University, you will be tasked with driving the learning and development of thousands of professionals who use our solutions, strategically delivering training to customers and high-impact internal projects. Embedded in a dynamic, innovative, and results-oriented environment, you will join a team responsible for strengthening our customers’ experience through knowledge. Responsibilities and Assignments WHAT YOU WILL DO: * Support the delivery of training to new users of TOTVS platforms; * Register and update information in internal systems; * Monitor ongoing training classes; * Collaborate with Portfolio, Sales, Finance, and IT departments; * Ensure operational process standardization; * Issue communications (e.g., class confirmations, cancellations, alignment meeting schedules); * Support the issuance of participation certificates; * Assist with scheduling, purchase requests, and other procurement activities. Requirements and Qualifications WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Pedagogy, or related fields; * Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; * Experience using videoconferencing tools; * Prior experience with administrative routines. 2512210202551875464
