Knowledge of management methodologies and processes. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in managing complex operations; Experience in railway operations. Main Responsibilities Coordinate railway shunting operations at the Rio Claro\-SP yard, ensuring train shunting procedures, wagon inventory balance in the yard, and timing and movement records for each activity. Ensure that all teams receive mandatory training and complete functional training before authorization is granted to perform tasks. Raise team awareness and enforce personal and operational safety standards and guidelines. Jointly cascade and analyze coordination goals and KPIs with the team. Participate in investigations of operational accidents, technical analyses, and discussions regarding impacts caused by failures. Coordinate operational initiatives aimed at improvements, cost and resource optimization, productivity enhancement, and disciplined demand fulfillment. Anticipate operational issues and implement preventive measures. Develop and implement plans to ensure operational performance levels. Respond to anomalies by guiding and directing actions to minimize associated cost and production impacts, always complying with safety regulations. **Apply the employee lifecycle tools:** select, train, communicate with, evaluate the performance of, and promote the development of team members.
