We are hiring a **PRODUCTION ASSISTANT**, with or without experience, to work in an industrial facility located in the Industrial City area. If you are agile, detail-oriented, and enjoy working as part of a team, this opportunity is for you. ### **Main responsibilities:** Support production operations for protective clothing, according to the assigned department: sewing, sealing, finishing, or pilot support. Handling fabrics and trimmings, organizing garments, order picking, product verification, visual quality control, and cleaning and organizing the workstation. ### **REQUIREMENTS:** * Candidates without experience or first-time job seekers are welcome. * Completed elementary education. * Availability for full-time schedule. * Ability to work effectively in a team and under performance targets. * Must reside in the Industrial City area or neighboring neighborhoods. * **Previous experience** in garment manufacturing, textile industry, or uniform production is considered an advantage. ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** * **Salary and benefits:** R$ 1\.628,50 \+ breakfast and lunch on-site, transportation allowance (VT), dental plan after probation period \+ increasing attendance bonus starting from the 2nd month \+ productivity bonus starting from the 3rd month. * Schedule: Monday to Thursday: 7:15 AM – 5:00 PM; Friday: 7:15 AM – 4:45 PM. * Work location: INDUSTRIAL CITY. * Career development plan available starting at 6 months, subject to employee performance and progression.
