Job Summary: Work as a Civil Engineer and Construction Manager, supervising construction execution, developing schedules, and controlling quality on industrial and commercial construction projects. Quality control and team management Position for a Civil Engineer \- Construction Manager at a construction company focused on industrial and commercial projects in Limeira\-SP. Permanent position with no fixed term. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise the execution of various construction projects under your responsibility; * Directly guide the site supervisor or foreman; * Develop and implement the project\'s physical\-financial schedule; * Prepare technical reports; * Conduct quality control of the construction work; * Hire and manage in-house labor and third-party companies; * Perform service measurement; * Perform other duties relevant to the position. **Requirements:** * Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering; * Proven experience as a construction manager; * **Mandatory** experience in industrial construction projects; * Willingness to travel; * Flexibility regarding working hours and/or Saturdays if required; * Driver\'s license category B (will drive the company\'s vehicle); * Proficiency in technical reading and interpretation of engineering drawings. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Negotiable salary based on experience; * Meal allowance provided by the company when working on-site; * Career development plan. Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
